About The Opportunity

The Executive Vice President (EVP) of Student Universe is ultimately responsible for the performance of the Student Universe brand, including growth in both revenue and profit. The EVP not only brings great commercial and people leadership to the business, but also a demonstrated track record of designing and executing best-in-class ecommerce strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Overall Strategic management of the Student Universe brand performance including but not limited to:

  • Top Line Sales and turnover.
  • Development and execution of the marketing strategy.
  • Development of product strategy
  • Employee management
  • Compliance with Company Policy
  • Establishment of budget and 3-year Business Plan

Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience required
  • Demonstrated experience managing a P&L
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically operate an ecommerce business
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute an online marketing strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to design a product and technology roadmap to serve the future needs of the business
  • Experience in the travel industry, ideally in the Student and Youth space, preferred

This role can be performed onsite or on a hybrid schedule, in compliance with the Company’s Remote and Flexible Work Policy.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $200,000 - $250,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
