  3. Reconciliation and Reporting:
    • Experience in handling reconciliation activities for accounts and transactions.
    • Ability to ensure accuracy in billing and reporting to maintain client trust.
  4. Team Coordination:
    • Ability to conduct regular follow-ups with internal teams to expedite issue resolution.
    • Strong coordination skills to maintain the flow of information within the team and with clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client services, operations management, or a similar role.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing SLAs, client documentation, and internal coordination.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Proactive and self-motivated.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Additional Attributes:

  • Tools and Technologies:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI (advantageous).
