Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client services, operations management, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in managing SLAs, client documentation, and internal coordination.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
