The primary focus will be the implementation, management, and documentation of refurbishment of existing retail outlets, the development of new retail outlet stores and standardisation of design globally across all FCTG NZ businesses.

About the role. Mō te Tūranga

  • Delivery of all total construction of new, refurbished and relocated retail stores.
  •  Delivery of all total construction of new and refurbished commercial offices where required
  • In conjunction with Property Procurement, responsible for the negotiation of best case price scenarios from builder contractors
  • Maintain budget and cost variances through the life course of the project
  • Maintain key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
