Flight Centre Travel Group are looking for a Delivery Lead to join the team! In this role you will champion the execution of the Delivery Lifecycle. You will work across teams, leading by example as the Agile Champion focusing on each part of the lifecycle – sizing work, test strategy execution and ensuring over all delivering and efficiency of each iteration. Your focus is on ensuring smooth and efficient delivery processes that align with our customer-centric approach and overall business objectives.

What you will do...

  • Lead direct reports ensuring high quality output per delivery lifecycle KPIs.
  • Manage the delivery lifecycle across multiple streams of work.
  • Collaborate with Team Leads, cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Keep sprints organised and ensure timely delivery of priorities.
  • Help team/s optimise release pipeline through structured sprints.
  • Transparently communicate progress, metrics, and capacity to all stakeholders.
  • Work across pillars to help requirements gathering or assessment – Deliver continued improvements to the flow of work into and out of the teams.
  • Facilitate agile practices and ceremonies.
  • Support projects with coordination and project management as required.
  • Build strong relationships with internal customers, stakeholders, and teams for smooth and customer-centric delivery.
  • Coach and empower teams for delivery, risk, and issue management, proactively working with leaders to remove blockers and distractions.
  • Lead Salesforce projects by managing technical resources and assume role as Scrum Master across multiple workstreams.
  • Assess risk, issues and impact on solution and delivery commitments in coordination with Project Manager.
  • Manage the technical delivery of Salesforce projects across multiple brands within FCTG, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Own development of plan to review and manage work throughout development lifecycle and ensure milestones are met while addressing key issues that put dates at risk.
  • Develop and maintain status reports, and other project-related documentation such as Jira.

 

 

Who you are...

  • Experience in the application of Lean and Agile approaches.
  • Proven experience in program and project management, handling multiple projects concurrently.
  • Leading dispersed and diverse Agile technology teams to deliver continuous value.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce delivery, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams across multiple locations globally.
  • Certified Scrum Master and/or Agile Methodologies.
