Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Experience in MICE minimum 7 - 9 years and above.
  • Should have good communication skills / computer knowledge  (Excel / PPT etc)  
  • Should have good knowledge of how MICE industry works, if not then the candidate should atleast be from a travel background but who deals with clients and is aggressive and ready to learn.
  • Able to meet the targets and maximize profits.
  • Minimum target will be 15 – 18 cr Top Line
  • Candidate needs to be a team player and work with the internal team (Operations / Contracting etc)
  • Should be able to handle client querries independently
  • Has a set of existing clients which he / she can work from FCM once their join
  • Should be proactive and Take responsibility of his / her file from start to end.  
  • Have a sales plan / Goal
  • He/She also acquires sales through the lead generations and follow-up of leads.
