As a Flight Centre Brand Warrior, you’ll contribute to the big picture by aligning strategies with FCBs global goals, our own local FCB strategies and create and deploy your own business plan with your area to deliver results.
The Area Leader role is undoubtably one of our most integral roles for driving our success, leading multiple businesses and managing over $250m worth of sales and being part of our FCB NZ SWOT team and Global FCB Senior Leadership team.

👉 Proven Leadership Experience and Success (min 4 years at a TL level or equivalent)
👉 High Levels of Business Acumen and Personal / Business Success (Lead the way)
👉 Proven Leader of Change and One Best Way Practice
👉 Custodian of FCB Culture / Brand Warrior
👉 Coach and Mentor, BOF Developer
👉 Excellent Communicator
👉 Disciplined and Self-Motivated
This role will include travel to support the Southern Area and occasional international travel. 🌍✈️
