ServiceNow Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and

technical requirements for ServiceNow & Uipath implementations and enhancements.

• Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments to identify

areas for process improvement and optimization.

• Develop user stories, workflows, process maps, and detailed functional

specifications to support the ServiceNow platform's configuration and

development.

• Develop user stories, workflows, process maps, and detailed functional

specifications to support Uipath Automation opportunities

• Coordinate with developers and technical teams to ensure that all solutions are

aligned with business objectives and requirements.

• Assist in designing, testing, and implementing ServiceNow modules, including

Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service

Catalog, and CMDB.

• Monitor and analyze ServiceNow performance metrics to identify trends, issues,

and opportunities for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with industry best practices, standards, and governance in

ServiceNow implementation and usage.

• Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate

project progress, risks, and findings to stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business

Administration, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in

ServiceNow or ITSM platforms.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow applications and modules, including

experience with the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.

• Proficient in business analysis methodologies, process mapping, and

requirements gathering techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work

effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

• Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management principles is highly

preferred.

• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is a plus.

• Some Knowledge or understanding of Uipath is advantageous
