About the Role
🕐 Full-time: 40 hours per week
📍 Based at Sydney Airport – a high-volume, high-energy store
💼 Travel Agency experience strongly preferred
💻 Sabre GDS experience required
💡 A strong understanding of airfare rules, ticketing and reissues is essential
🧠 Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
🔥 Able to work independently under pressure and adapt quickly
🎯 Driven by KPIs and love being rewarded for hard work
🧾 Skilled in balancing the front-of-house customer experience with the back-end operations, including systems navigation, invoice handling and itinerary planning
