The Product Manager leads the strategic planning, development, and execution of initiatives to enhance AI-powered productivity for our agent workflows at Flight Centre. This role is responsible for comprehending and optimizing current workflows, organizing and managing projects, and embedding within external teams to gather requirements and insights. The Product Manager will leverage a deep understanding of AI tools to innovate and streamline operations, ensuring that projects are aligned with business goals and executed efficiently.
You will be responsible for both gathering use cases and requirements for potential new AI projects and identifying opportunities where simple workflow tools, better AI prompts
Key Competencies:
- AI Tools Proficiency:
- The Project Manager must have a solid foundation in using AI tools, and demonstrate the ability to leverage these tools to drive productivity and workflow optimization.Familiarity with GPT a must
- General familiarity work workflows tools like Make, Zapier, N8N a must
- Must stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technology and assess their potential impact on agent workflows.
- Workflow Understanding and Improvement:
- Ability to deeply embed within external teams to thoroughly understand their workflows and challenges.
- Skilled at identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for automation and enhancement using AI tools.
- Project Organization and Management:
- Expertise in organizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in brainstorming, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable project plans.
- Strong coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving:
- Ability to develop and drive strategic initiatives, focusing on long-term goals while managing day-to-day project activities.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities to address complex challenges effectively and ensure project success.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in some sort of organisational role, preferably within the travel industry.
- Proven experience with AI tools and their application in enhancing productivity and workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception through completion, adhering to timelines and delivering quality results.
- Proficiency in project management software and methodologies
