ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As In Destination Team Leader you are responsible for leading a high-performance team that consistently provides an outstanding service experience to our clients and generates the revenues established in the area budget.

You will help to identify areas of opportunities within the hosts in their teams and will support and coach to achieve the team goal.

You will use their sales and leadership experience to provide insight, inspiration, and strategy to the team, as well as the implementation of the motivational reward and recognition system.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in tourism and hospitality is preferred.
• Destination knowledge of the assigned area
• Leadership experience leading a successful sales team is an advantage.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English as well as the local language is required.

• Willing to travel for business when needed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Solid ability to collaborate and communicate (verbal and written).
• Great attention to detail and strong time management/priority skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to a diversity of cultures
