In this role, you will:
- Manage the full product lifecycle from creative ideation, negotiation, and itinerary creation to trip evaluation
- Strategise and deliver a pipeline of products targeting prime touring destinations such as America, Europe, Middle East, Asia and beyond
- Grow product sales and profit margins as part of our procurement strategy
- Research and create itineraries, curating series group tours superior in value and quality compared to market offers
- Manage new and existing supplier relationships to ensure scalable growth and quality control
- Collaborate with our in-house marketing and sales teams to bring your creations to life
- Empower your team to succeed through hands-on training, development and culture building and culture building
