Reporting to the Head of Membership – Scott Dunn Private, and joining the Scott Dunn Private department, we are seeking a new Marketing, Research & CRM Executive, and would welcome you to apply as an internal candidate.
Role Purpose
The Scott Dunn Private (SDP)Marketing, Research and CRM Executive plays a vital role in the SDP Membership team by delivering in depth research both on current and prospective members and UHNW networks, being accountable for CRM and other data processes, and working with stakeholders across the business on SDP team initiatives.
The global responsibility is to conduct high quality research on prospective, new and existing members, profiling individuals and untapped UHNW networks, producing detailed information that support membership acquisition, engagement, and retention. They will also be responsible for tracking how their research is used, and the impact on results. The role also manages inbound web enquiries by profiling and routing them appropriately within the membership team.
Another key accountability is administering SDP CRM records to ensure accuracy, GDPR compliance, and effective reporting, while also using their CRM knowledge to proactively generate weekly prospecting lists and outreach materials for Membership Managers. Further CRM responsibilities will include activity for marketing, reporting, and commission purposes. The Marketing, Research & CRM Executive will act as a key point of contact in internal meetings for process, data, and systems expertise.
The Marketing, Research and CRM Executive will work closely with marketing to analyse campaign data such as email engagement and website traffic, supports event operations through attendee profiling and logistics, and oversees the execution of personalised gifting and member milestone outreach initiatives. They will also be responsible for ensuring the SDP community of Brand Ambassadors are kept up to date with SDP activities and news.
Responsibilities
Research
- Conducting in depth research on new and existing Members of SDP concerning their professional & personal profiles
- Undertake additional research projects, to include Family Offices and UHNW networks currently untapped by the team
- Supporting the global Membership Managers proactively with research requirements
- Intensive research on untapped prospects outside of the current CRM
- Identify and keep up to date with relevant articles, trends and research that are relevant to the activity of the Membership team. Build a roster of names identified from research that the Membership Managers should target.
CRM
- Support the global SDP team to ensure CRM records are kept up to date and within GDPR requirements and facilitate accurate reporting requests
- Deliver outreach tools to the SDP team based around CRM data points – e.g. Member milestone life events
- Administration of CRM for Scott Dunn Private reporting, marketing and commission purposes
- Represent Scott Dunn Private needs at internal meetings where required as a system and process expert, and report back to the team on actions
- Generate data led insights to contribute towards Membership acquisition and retention initiatives including automations where possible to prompt outreach reminders
Marketing Partnership
- Work with marketing to collate and analyse SDP marketing data, including email clickers and website traffic
- Work with marketing to identify trends/topics that members and prospects are engaging with and should be reflected in marketing material
- Support event operations, including attendee profiling and logistical support
- Support Scott Dunn Private’s gifting processes
Acquisition Activity
- Create weekly prospecting lists and material for Membership Managers
- Support the Membership team with business critical activity, including but not exclusive to creating supporting collateral and literature, undertaking specific industry research and producing reports to enable the team’s activity
- Manage incoming web submissions by profiling individuals and ensuring submissions are passed to the correct Membership Manager
- Create a blueprint to engage the Brand Ambassador community and ensure they are kept up to date on Scott Dunn Private news
- Use knowledge of CRM records to identify possible networks between current members and prospects, to drive forward referral possibilities
Requirements
- Working closely with the Head of Scott Dunn Private to support member acquisition, member retention and development of the Private proposition
- Leverage research skills to help the Private team engage prospects and win new members
- Truly service oriented

Desirable
- Experience researching within luxury clients or HNW individuals
- Previous experience with CRM and PowerBI software
- Proficient with Microsoft suite, particularly PowerPoint, Forms etc

Location
We aim to find someone who would be office based at our premises in Hammersmith for at least 3 days a week. There will be an induction / training period initially, where you may be required to attend the office daily.
