About the Opportunity
The System Administrator role is responsible for ensuring that all systems are stable and follow the standards and structure of the enterprise’s architecture including servers based on cloud or on the premises, operation services of servers such as Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, DNS, Database, etc. in multiple Operating Systems including Window and Linux.
You are also responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting and deploying configuration or services related to the IT System that serve the Application and Project teams following the Organization’s strategies. This position cooperates with the Enterprise Application and Digital Solution teams to build core systems for projects related to IT services and applications.
In addition, one of the key responsibilities of this role is keeping the system and database constantly available and secure by devising backup/restore systems, includes analyzing and reporting on servers and services performance to the IT Manager.
Your main responsibilities are:

Monitor the health of cloud services, including Office 365, Azure, and Cloud Storage.

Manage and oversee Azure infrastructure, focusing on virtual machines, storage solutions, databases, and disaster recovery planning.

Administer Office 365, Exchange, and SharePoint.

Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Active Directory, DNS, Radius, and LDAP.

Ensure data integrity by periodically testing restore processes

Communicate and troubleshoot issues related to Azure, Office365, applications and system servers on LV2.

Assist the LV1 Team and other teams with troubleshooting issues to identify root causes, and provide technical support when needed.

Implement security measures to protect systems from unauthorized access, malware, and other security threats for both Microsoft 365 and Azure, along with Windows Server environments.

Regularly update firmware and software to protect the system against vulnerabilities. Test and deploy patches to minimize disruption to users following the requirement of the Security Team.

Continuously update and review documents such as system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time tracking of service requests and incidents.
- Tracking all IT assets associated with the Asia division of the Group.
- Identify recurring issues and collaborate with teams to implement long-term service improvements.
- Conduct regular IT asset audits and manage inventory, procurement, and disposal processes.
- Maintain accurate license tracking and centralized asset reporting systems.
- Design and deliver training sessions for LV0 staff, including SOP and self-service updates.
- Monitor LV0 performance and provide coaching to enhance service handling capabilities.
- Communicating and troubleshooting issues related to network handled by the LV2 support team such as network access and Office 365 issues.
- Proactively cooperating with the LV1 Team and following up with providers to resolve incidents.
- Schedule preventive maintenance and maintain a structured, up-to-date IT knowledge base.
About you
The Essentials:
- BA degree in Network and System Administration.

Certificate in MCSA, MCSE, AZ104, etc.

2+ years of experience in working on Window services such as Active Directory, DNS, Azure, Office365, etc.

2+ years of experience in working on Cloud base technology such as VMware, Azure, etc.

Experience with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, Unix, and macOS.

Experience with database servers such as MySQL, SQL, MariaDB, etc.

Experience with backup/restore processes.
