We are seeking an influential leader to ignite and accelerate transformation across Supply Technology. This is a pivotal role that blends hands-on delivery with thought leadership, shaping how we work internally while amplifying our innovation story externally.
As the Head of Technology Innovation & Transformation you will own and drive the innovation and transformation roadmap, ensuring that the most valuable initiatives (whether incremental innovations or major step-change transformations) are guided through to impact. This role is accountable for ensuring Supply Tech captures scalable, long-term value by adopting the right solutions and technologies, applying emerging technologies where they meaningfully strengthen and future-proof the business.
Partnering closely with the Supply Tech leadership team and Supply Operations, this role embeds automation, AI, and modern delivery practices into the heart of how we operate, while championing our position as an innovation leader across the wider business and industry.
Day to day:
Innovation & Transformation Roadmap Ownership:
• Define, own, and continuously evolve the Supply Tech innovation and transformation roadmap
• Ensure focus on initiatives of significant value or impact, balancing transformational change with incremental innovations that deliver meaningful outcomes
• Apply emerging technologies where they meaningfully strengthen and future-proof the business
Transformation Delivery:
• Lead key transformation initiatives across Supply Tech (e.g., automation, AI embedding, agile/DevOps adoption, digital tools)
• Partner with Heads of Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, and AI/RPA to ensure initiatives land effectively without duplicating ownership
• Track, measure, and report on transformation outcomes (cost reduction, revenue upliT, efficiency gains, cultural adoption)
Evangelism & Communication:
• Evangelise Supply Tech transformation outcomes to executives, stakeholders, suppliers, and the broader travel industry
• Shape and articulate Supply Tech’s transformation vision, ensuring alignment with Supply division and enterprise strategies
• Provide thought leadership and external scanning of emerging technologies, translating insights into actionable opportunities
Leadership & Mentoring:
• Support and mentor leaders on embedding AI, automation, and new ways of working
• Collaborate closely with the Head of AI & RPA, reinforcing their remit while embedding AI into wider transformation programs
• Champion experimentation and scaling successful initiatives across teams.
You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

8+ years in technology, product, or transformation leadership roles.

Demonstrated success delivering transformation initiatives (digital adoption, AI integration, automation, or organisational change)

Strong experience influencing without line authority.

Proven ability to communicate complex technology narratives to senior business stakeholders and external audiences
Standard Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, however may require outside of hours as required
