As the Area Leader of Training & Accreditation you will drive team growth and excellence by collaborating closely with Senior Leaders to design and implement impactful learning opportunities. You will spearhead the development of innovative training programs that align with business goals while ensuring compliance with HR policies. In this role, you will champion a culture of continuous improvement, empowering teams to achieve their highest potential and contributing to the overall success of Flight Centre. 

Day to day you’ll be… 

  • Collaborating with leadership to develop and implement learning programs that promote team growth

  • Communicating effectively with leaders to address individual performance and training requirements.

  • Continuously evaluating and improving FCAT and NSP programs to identify areas for enhancement.

  • Optimising resource allocation across teams to achieve educational objectives and measurable outcomes.

  • Gathering and analysing feedback from new starters to refine training programs and track performance.

  • Ensuring adherence to HR policies and aligning competency requirements with program expectations.

  • Representing programs at meetings and providing updates on business developments.

  • Leading the development of a comprehensive 3-year learning pathway that includes accredited and non-accredited training.

  • Supporting professional development and collaborating with L&D teams to globalise NSP.

  • Managing training environments and addressing IT or system-related issues in coordination with relevant teams.

We’d love to hear from you if you have… 

  • 5+ years of leadership experience.

  • Strong background in Learning & Development, emphasizing team growth, performance management, and program evaluation.

  • Proficient in training design, implementation, and evaluation, preferably within a corporate or large-scale setting.

  • Certifications such as Certificate III and IV in Travel, TAE, Diploma of Leadership & Management, or Diploma of Business.
