As a ServiceNow Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving the successful implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform across FCTG. Your expertise will be essential in customising and configuring ServiceNow applications, automating workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems.

Day in the life:
- Communicating technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Consulting with business analyst/project manager to develop appropriate technical solutions
- Documenting and gain acceptance / approvals of selected final solutions
- Executing technical solutions in capacity as a ServiceNow lead and Subject Matter Expert
- Coaching and advising other Developers and Support Engineers
- Develop, test and implement Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs including advanced scripting of each, forms workflows, and custom Service Portal widgets
- Ensure proper operation and configuration of the platform through testing and validation
- Develop, test, and implement data integrations via API calls to various other technologies within our Platform environment
- Administration of the application, including but not limited to, installation and/or upgrading, configuration, operation, and maintenance
- Advance the maturity of the environment by researching and implementing new tools and technologies
- Working and collaborating in a team environment
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 3+ years of experience as a developer on the ServiceNow Platform
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum software development environment
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- CIS certificate in ITSM and 1+ CIS certs in any other modules
