About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Location Manager (LM) to lead the dynamic and growing Flight Centre Corporate Benefits (FCCB) team. This is a unique leadership opportunity within our corporate leisure division, responsible for managing a team of specialized consultants who service employees of enrolled organizations through referral-based inquiries.

You’ll play a pivotal role in driving business growth, developing top-performing talent, and optimizing customer engagement while championing the FCCB value proposition. You will report into the Area Leader and work closely with corporate stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a high-performing FCCB team to drive TTV growth, meet individual and team sales targets, and deliver outstanding customer service.

  • Coach, develop, and performance manage consultants through structured 1:1s, goal setting, and monthly/quarterly reviews.
  • Oversee and refine the customer experience by monitoring CSAT results, call/chat behaviors, and ensuring timely and accurate responses to all client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the Area Leader and corporate teams to help define the future of FCCB and scale the business.
  • Manage the flow of incoming enquiries (via phone, email, C1), ensuring correct lead assignment and productivity balance across the team.
  • Ensure alignment with all compliance policies (TESF, PCI, financial procedures, etc.) and uphold OBW systems and service standards.
  • Champion the FCCB value proposition by training consultants on how to position exclusive perks, savings, and travel risk solutions.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of new team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and success.

  • You’re a proven people leader, with a track record of driving performance and developing others.
  • You have hands-on experience working within the FCCB business and understand how to deliver value in a fast-paced, referral-based sales environment.
  • You’re passionate about travel and building unforgettable experiences—while knowing how to balance volume and margin.
  • You’re agile, strategic, and ready to make a big impact in a business with high growth potential.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years leadership experience, preferably within the Flight Centre business
  • Minimum 2 years as a consultant, with a strong track record in sales, customer service, and compliance
  • Previous experience working in or with the FCCB business unit
  • Strong understanding of our systems and processes (Helio, Sabre, C1, Power BI)
  • Ability to work from our downtown Toronto locations: in-store or head office
  • CSAT score of 85% or higher in prior roles
  • High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a solution-focused mindset

Location – Toronto, Canada

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $65,000 plus commission/incentive earnings based on achievable targets. The salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements. On target earnings average range between $65,000 -$99,000. The annual salary range listed represents the total compensation package, excluding benefits.
