About your opportunity...
FCM EMEA Onboarding are recruiting a Customer Implementation Manager to play a vital role in leading our implementation processes for both National and Multi-National clients.
Who you are...
- Proactive and self-motivated professional.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an customer facing, project management, implementation role or similar.
- Experience spearheading project planning and implementation processes.
- Proficient in driving timelines.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management.
- Ability to build relationships and ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Exceptional communication skills, and confident liaising with clients and colleagues, ensuring expectations are met and projects go-live successfully.
- You'll thrive in a flexible environment with occasional travel, and have the opportunity to help build and sustain long-lasting client relationships.
- Comprehensive understanding of implementation processes.
- online booking tool knowledge (Preferred).
- High level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
