Who you are:
- 4+yrs Corporate Operational Experience
- Change management experience (Involvement in a major organisational change initiative)
- Project management experience (Desirable)
- High level competency across all Microsoft Office platforms
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop business readiness plans incorporating IT deployment, data migration, training, engagement activities, and integration with existing digital processes
- Assess readiness levels and gaps among business users for upcoming changes, creating and executing plans to close these gaps before implementation
- Collaborate with user communities and project teams for transition support, change planning, and stakeholder engagement
- Monitor and report on business readiness progress, engagement activities, training deployment, operational metrics, and productivity measures
- Maintains expert knowledge in specialised areas, providing consolidated advice from multiple experts to further organisational objectives
- Implements stakeholder engagement and communication plans, handles issues, manages resolutions, and enhances customer and stakeholder relationships
- Designs and maintains learning materials, contributes to learning environment configuration, provides service request support, and develops support documentation and testing processes
