
Purpose
In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of insightful, brand-focused reporting, facilitate engagement sessions, and track the progress of joint initiatives and strategic priorities. Collaboration will be central, as you’ll work closely with Leisure and Corporate reporting teams, as well as partner with Supply Leaders within the Corporate and Leisure Executive teams to maximise business outcomes and financial returns.
You will bring strong financial and commercial expertise, with proven leadership in financial reporting, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will be crucial in supporting strategic decision-making and fostering sustainable growth across the business.
Primary Accountabilities & Objectives:
- Commercial Acumen and Support:
- Support the Corporate and Leisure Supply Leaders to monitor and track performance, challenge decisions and help drive better commercial outcomes.
- Partner with the Operational leader to understand impacts of past performance as well as future trends to find new opportunities or enhance current business performance.
- Financial Reporting and Review:
- Provide monthly performance reporting and value add analysis that enables business stakeholders to make informed decisions. This includes monthly reporting on results, variance to prior year as well as trading updates.
- Present and communicate key opportunities and work closely with our Leisure and Corporate partners on implementation and tracking of performance.
- Work with SET on ROI driven decision making o investments and ongoing tracking and driving accountability.
- Strategic Financial Leadership
- Work closely with Supply CFO to support and execute the businesses’ long-term financial strategy, supporting business growth, investment, and capital structure management.
- Work with Supply Finance leadership team to drive and execute on the Global Supply finance priorities.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to the executive team members to drive decision-making and business planning.
- Assist in identifying and evaluating financial risks and opportunities, advising on the optimal approach to mitigate or leverage them.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management
- Support the Supply Leisure and Corporate leaders who represent Supply in LET and CET.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management, Leisure and Corporate operational and finance senior leaders.
- Closely align to Supply Commercial finance teams to understand current performance and key opportunities.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Strong strategic thinking and financial modelling capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to integrity and ethical business practices.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. A professional qualification such as CA (Chartered Accountant), CPA (Certified Practising Accountant), or similar.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in financial reporting, management accounting, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Proven track record of leading finance teams, driving change, and supporting corporate strategy.
