About the Opportunity
In line with the greater Global Land Supply Product Strategy, this role will lead and manage the overall Global Third-Party Hotel Content Partnerships.
As the Third-Party Segment Leader, you will be responsible for identifying new, and manage existing suppliers, to maximise long-term sustainable returns, as well as manage the development and improvement of processes for these products and services.
You will manage all contract negotiations, product development, implementation, channeling, income accrual management, marketing, promotion, and training.
You will also be the main point of contact for third-party procurement, distribution and support, and the overall third-Party expert and thought leader for FCTG Corporate and Leisure businesses.
The key objectives of the role are to ensure the growth and channeling that compliments the broader direct contract land strategies, to have oversight on the segment as a whole, to strengthen our partnerships with key suppliers, and to further enhance the product on offer through collaboration with key stakeholders across Corporate and Leisure.
This role may be based in either Sydney or Brisbane.
What you will do:
- Manage and lead all third-party supplier relationships, contracting, reporting, and accounting
- Work with regional business and supplier leads to establish annual engagement plans
- Ensure all targets are achieved in line with overall GLS budgets and strategy
- Be the FCTG leader and industry representative for the Third-Party Content Segment
- Collaborate and enhance relationships, local selling partners (source markets) and other key stakeholder groups to ensure key land content requirements are met, understood and delivered
- Review and monitor pricing of all third-party Revenue Management team and Selling Businesses to optimise sales and profitability for direct and third party sales
What you will need:
- 5+ years' experience within the Flight Centre Corporate and/or Leisure businesses
- GDS experience (Sabre and Amadeus)
- Helio Leisure booking platform
- Knowledge of online booking solutions, Serko/Cytric and Concur
- Tertiary level qualification in Business or related field
