We're seeking a driven and experienced MarTech Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.  You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our customer engagement strategies by translating business goals into actionable technical requirements and managing the delivery of impactful MarTech initiatives.  If you're a problem-solver who loves collaborating with marketing and technology teams, this is your chance to make a real difference. Our MarTech core stack is built around Salesforce Marketing Cloud but it is not a key requirement for the role. 

 

Who you are:

  • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Develop use cases and process flows to support the development of software solutions
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain points
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are aligned with business goals
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
  • Create business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support business opportunities
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials

 

What you'll be doing:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a business analyst role or similar
  • Minimum 5 years experience in customer service
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Project management skills with a focus on process improvement
