Come and join our global leisure MarTech team as a Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer! You'll be instrumental in driving data-driven marketing success by integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Data Bricks and other sources. Your expertise will be crucial in creating a 360-degree customer view and powering personalized campaigns across our diverse customer base.
What you'll be doing:
Data Integration and Ingestion
- Design and implement data pipelines to ingest data from various sources, including Data Bricks, CRM, and other systems into Salesforce Data Cloud
- Ensure data quality and consistency by establishing data validation and cleansing processes
- Optimise data ingestion and processing for performance and scalability
Data Modeling and Transformation
- Create and maintain data models within Salesforce Data Cloud to represent customer journeys, preferences, and behaviors
- Transform and enrich data to create actionable insights and drive personalised marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements
Data Activation and Orchestration
- Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to activate data-driven marketing campaigns
- Orchestrate data flows and triggers to automate data updates and insights delivery
- Optimise data activation processes to improve campaign performance and customer experience
Data Governance and Security
- Ensure data privacy and security compliance by implementing appropriate measures and controls
- Establish data governance policies and procedures to maintain data quality and integrity
- Monitor data usage and access to prevent unauthorised access and misuse
First-Party Data Management
- Manage first-party data within data clean rooms to ensure privacy and security compliance
- Leverage CDP data to power media campaigns and measure their effectiveness
- Collaborate with media partners to activate first-party data for targeted advertising
Who you are:
- Strong understanding of data engineering principles, including data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing
- Proficiency in SQL and data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend)
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or other CDP platforms
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques
- Experience with API integrations and data APIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Data Bricks or other big data platforms
- Knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts
- Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
