• Collaborate with the Global Luxury MD and senior leadership to develop business plans and strategies for sustainable growth and profitability.
• Drive the strategic business planning and reforecast process, ensuring alignment of goals, targets, and strategies across the business.
• Apply commercial acumen to guide operational decisions, including financial modeling and evaluation of opportunities using ROI, NPV, etc.
• Educate and support leaders and stakeholders in understanding the commercial aspects of their business, risks, and financial performance impacts.
• Promote a globally consistent finance approach, striving for continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage all global reporting requirements, including consolidated management reporting and Global audit needs.
• Provide monthly performance reports that empower stakeholders to make informed business decisions.
• Oversee financial controls, systems, and processes in local businesses to ensure integrity in financial reporting.
• Lead a team of accountants handling management reporting, month-end, and financial control for the Australian Luxury business.
• Lead by example in embracing company values, ensure Global strategies are deployed and measured, and maintain external relationships with key stakeholders.
  
  

• 5+ years of senior finance leadership experience.
• Essential degree, CA/CPA qualifications.
• Proficiency in intermediate to advanced Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analysis, and financial management skills.
• Experience in financial reporting, modeling, and accounting.
