This role provides administrative support to internally manage FCM client KPI expectations on service level agreement (SLA) reporting.
The role is responsible for collating data via multiple channels, ensuring it is accurate from source into data software & Excel. The role will be responsible for completion of multiple clients monthly SLA data via automated reports & data inputting into bespoke reports. Role will also be responsible for SLA inbox management, answering SLA email queries, onboarding new clients into the SLA service set-up. The role will also be responsible for assisting with ad hoc administrative duties within the SLA data team. Whilst there is a defined SLA management responsibility that sit in this role remit, the admin tasks will evolve and change with business needs/priorities.

Requirements:
- Excel / Microsoft experience - Preferred
- Excellent written communication skills - Essential
- Previous admin experience - Desirable
