Most would have seen the news that Donna Joines will be moving to take the role of European Service Centre General Manager in the FCM business. This is a new role within our European leadership team and Donna's management experience will help shape the customer experience within our FCM business and help to deliver on the profitable growth ambition we have.
What it does mean is that we have a new vacancy within the FCTG group and one that could be argued as one of the most important senior operations roles we have.
Donna has helped to deliver record breaking CT UK profit and Turnover results over the last few years and was a recipient of a Global Director's award in 2023. Donna's 17 year experience with CT stretched across sales and operations making her a very balanced leader.
With the UK market, having a strong pedigree of successful growth, a market leading customer service experience and a proprietary platform in Melon, Tom and I are looking for a very experienced leader to take over running the UK CT business. This business has been leading the FCTG charge for years and we are looking for someone to continue that trend. The successful person needs to have multiple years of running large successful businesses, have a strong record of driving growth, drives strong customer centric thinking and has a proven track record of successful change management.
The landscape for SME business growth in the UK is really positive and we want to make sure that Corporate Traveller remains the number 1 choice for business travel.
