A day in the life:

The role involves leading, mentoring, and supporting Team Leaders to effectively manage and motivate their teams

Key responsibilities include fostering a high-performance culture, driving sales targets and KPIs, and ensuring alignment with company goals

Be a role model in sales, customer service, and leadership, while promoting a customer-first approach to enhance the overall customer experience

You are responsible for analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and collaborating with Team Leaders on action plans to address challenging areas

The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing resources, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and working closely with senior leadership to define and execute departmental objectives

Developing strategies to balance short-term performance with long-term growth and sustainability

Collaboration with other departments and proactive identification of improvement opportunities in processes, tools, and team structures is key to supporting continuous success
- Build a high-performance culture by fostering collaboration, accountability, and recognition across the department
- Collaborate with Team Leaders to develop action plans to improve performance in their areas and celebrate successes
- Create and implement long-term strategies to enhance productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth
Who you are:
- Proven track record as a Sales Manager or in a comparable leadership role within a high-energy, fast paced sales environment
- Experience managing Team Leaders or supervisory-level staff in a sales-driven organisation
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
