The Flight Centre Brand Marketing Team consists of some of Australia's most passionate, curious, and talented marketers, all collaborating under one roof. In this role you will be focusing on implementing data-driven digital performance marketing strategies to optimise marketing ROI and achieve business objectives. Your work will play a pivotal role in driving campaigns, e-commerce sales, enquiry/leads, customer acquisition, increasing conversion rates and maximising marketing efficiency in all Flight Centre regions.
Who you are:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital performance or a related field
- Experience in a similar role as well as knowledge building effective multichannel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, social media, and other digital channels
- Expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience
- Exceptional analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with Google ads, Facebook Business Manager & Google Analytics
- Search ads 360, Display & Video 360
What you'll be doing:
- Assisting in the execution of Flight Centre’s global performance marketing plan
- Managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment
- Implementing A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation
- Ensuring successful planning, execution and optimization for key traffic KPIs via digital channels
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Implementing lead generation strategies
- Working closely with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
- Stayed updated with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies
- Assist in the development and coaching of peers
