About the Opportunity 

As Account Manager Support (AM Support) you will support Discova’s Account Managers in maintaining our existing relationships with a number of clients globally, ensuring that all levels of the service level agreements are delivered at a high standard.

You will support multiple tasks, like tariffs, date grids and H&S checks for key clients, bringing a level of excellent organisation to Discova’s partner relationships. In this support role you will also act as a touch point for the Account Managers based regionally in some of our key destinations, liaising with locally based suppliers and internal Discova teams on their behalf.   

 

About you  

The Essentials: 

  • Sales and/or account management experience in the travel/hospitality industry.  

  • In-depth Asia/Asia experience preferred.  

  • Understanding of internal DMC processes.   

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
