About the Opportunity

Shell is FCTG's largest individual client globally and their Western Australian FCM team is taking expressions of interest to be Shell's dedicated Future Team Leader.

As the dedicated Shell FTL, your main focus will be to act as the conduit between FCM and the Shell People Movement Teams. As the account has a healthy savings target of 10% next year, you will play a key role in working with the Prelude & Crux teams to ensure strategies are brought to life with a key focus on managing their group bookings, wastage and ad-hoc, mass GDS bookings. You will work alongside the FCM Prelude Team to assist in managing close to 16 Group bookings per-week as well as supporting training travel and ad-hoc homebound bookings. While Prelude & Crux will be a key focus for the Shell account next year, you will also have access to booking amazing corporate travel for the wider Shell business - a high percentage of International travel to some exciting destinations with a customer who is FCM obsessed and loves and appreciates the work we do each day.

With customer growth on the horizon for Powerhouse, you will play a key role in taking an established part of our business to new heights and get to flex your out-of-the-box thinking while having your leadership and customer management skills developed.

You will join a committed leadership team who has some big and exciting goals for next year with a keen focus on developing our people, growing our customer base all while having a heap of fun along the way! 

To be successful you’ll need:

• Proven ability to lead by example and to motivate others
• Ability to exceed and anticipate staff and client needs
• Embrace company philosophy, values and change  
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage change
• Ability to handle high volumes of business
• The drive, determination and focus to co-lead a successful business
• Minimum 2 years proven sales ability with consistent figures in a travel manager or travel consultant role
• Advanced GDS skills, Sabre preferred
