About You
As a Assistant Team Manager at Corporate Traveller, you will provide support, additional leadership and mediation to the Team Manager and members in addition to consultant responsibilities. In the absence of the Team Manager, the ATM is able to efficiently run all aspects of the business and is responsible for team performance during that time.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a consultant in FCTG
- A successful track record of performance
- Positive and open-minded attitude
- Willingness to adapt
- Leadership / Coaching capabilities
