About You

You will provide exceptional service to our clients. Demonstrating passion, knowledge, commitment, with common and business sense. Working in a small team providing a professional M&E Group and event service to Multi Corporate Clients across varied fields ensuring that value is shown at all times, always acting within FCM M&E Operational Standards, with our customers best interest.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of arranging Group Travel – Essential/Desired
• Experience using a GDS – Essential (Amadeus – Desired)
• Group Travel Experience or knowledge – Desired
• Venue Sourcing Experience or knowledge – Desired
• Customer service Experience – Essential
• Cvent knowledge of registrations and website build – Desired
• Working on with Event Managers and organisers – Preferred
• Client Presentation/Meeting experience – Preferred
