As a Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for driving brand visibility, consistency, and engagement across physical and digital channels. You will play a critical role in curating instore brand displays, executing merchandising strategies, and implementing brand activities across channels to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty. You will also be critical in engaging frontline and operational staff with marketing initiatives, playing a crucial role in building brand ambassadors across the frontline network.

 

Who you are:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand or Digital roles
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, merchandising, or related field
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all level

 

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to align brand messaging and campaigns across digital channels, including email marketing, paid advertising, website content and social media
  • Provide input on creative assets, messaging, and targeting strategies to ensure consistency and effectiveness across digital marketing initiatives
  • Project management for brand campaigns and project rollout across channels
  • Develop and execute store merchandising strategies to create impactful instore experiences that showcase brand identity and drive sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise the store design and use of Martech tools including digital screens
  • Regularly visit stores to engage frontline staff in marketing initiatives and capture content for owned social channels
