About The Opportunity 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic Data Analytics & Insights team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in data analysis, management reporting, and data visualization, coupled with a track record of improving data quality and filling process gaps. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to investigate and resolve data issues and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Your expertise will guide the improvement of data quality and the creation of actionable insights, driving decision-making across the organization.

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of data and process-related issues.
• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to resolve data-related issues.
• Troubleshoot, fix, and/or coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues on reports.
• Investigate gaps in data submission processes and drive the resolution of issues.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of management/internal/client reports, both regular (daily, weekly, monthly) and ad-hoc.
• Lead the development and implementation of analytics and visualizations to provide deeper insights into data for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and meet the information needs of senior management and other stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain data quality controls to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data used in reports.

We’d love to hear from you if you have...

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• 7-12 years of experience in data analysis, management reporting, or a related field.
• Hands-on technical experience with proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI.
• Experience with Databricks is a bonus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and solve problems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), ETL tools, and data modeling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate with a wide range of stakeholders to get tasks done.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodology.
• Experience working in the travel industry is a plus.
• Experience working with stakeholders in Japan is a plus.
