About the Opportunity
- Check and issue new VCCs when receiving request.
- Update and follow all issued VCCs (remaining balance, status, …).
- Check, receive and record daily transaction from various systems, online payment gates.
- Reconcile the statement with the received daily transactions.
- Check, inform and record the interco entries with DMCs.
- Keep track AP balance correctly for suppliers.
- Check and record monthly fee invoice and transaction fee invoice in system.
- Check and process refund to customers/ clients when receiving the request from reservation team.
- Make transfer fund from Paypal to company bank accounts.
- Record transactions in Tourplan system.
- Prepare related reports upon requested from Line Manager.
Essential Qualifications And Experience
- Minimum qualification of a Diploma in finance.
- 1 or 2 years of experience in Finance and accounting. Experience in auditing is preferred.
- Fluent in written and verbal in both national language and English
- Good Excel Skills.

- Excellent communicator to a diverse range of people (customers, suppliers, team members, leaders).

- Able to work independently and within a team assisting team members to help everyone achieve results.
- Flexible rotating roster that may include late nights, weekends and early mornings and flexible with uncertainties/changing priorities and under pressure.
