We are on the hunt for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic, fast-paced and successful marketing team. In this role, you will report to the Marketing Leader AU and work collaboratively with the broader marketing team, product team and external stakeholders including media agencies, print and production suppliers, and shopping centre management. 

In this role, you will play a play a key part in the strategic direction and delivery of local store marketing, specialist marketing and consumer events, alongside BAU marketing initiatives ranging from campaigns, emails, and tactical activity.  

  

Your Responsibilities: 

  

  • Implement local store marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and sales at retail locations, ensuring a strong relationship between consultant and marketing  

  • Coordinate and execute specialist marketing campaigns targeting specific consumer segments or demographics 

  • Plan, organise, and execute consumer events such as product launches, promotions, and community programs 

  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities and events 

  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization 

  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to meet project goals and deadlines 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers, brand ambassadors, and event vendors 

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in marketing activation 

  

  

Who you are: 

  

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 

  • Proven experience in marketing execution, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment (travel industry experience will be beneficial) 

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in execution 

  • Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours as needed for events and activations 

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and achieve objectives
