Cruiseabout are looking for an Expedition Cruise Expert! Expedition cruising is a very unique product and customers are looking for experience and knowledge. With the type of cruising in huge demand we need our customers to speak to an expert. Our expedition cruise consultant will be delivered this enquiry via email and phone with the opporunity to also book their existing customers and/or build their own business at the same time. If you are passionate and experienced in expedition cruising this could be the role for you!

Key Responsibilities 

• Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
• Ensure that KPIs are met, meeting and exceed monthly sales targets
• Support and handle walk in, email & telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately
• Maximise sales opportunities by upselling & cross-selling
• Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information in order to deliver and generate sales

 

 

Who are you?

• Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets
• Minimum 2 years’ retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry
• GDS experience
• Exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressure
• Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organizing tasks efficiently
