FCM Team Leader 

About the Opportunity

We are looking for someone energetic, driven, and adventurous to take on the Team Leader role with FCM Travel Solutions. The Team Leader is the person that is responsible for the success of their team by providing direction and vision for the team.  The primary role is to develop and grow the team through continuous training and monitoring process efficiencies.  The Team Leader works with Travel Managers and the Area Leader to ensure the best results.  The Team Leader leads by example, is disciplined, nurtures, develops, and shares information.  

Position available for the Woburn Team. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the team

  • Coaching and developing team members to improve performance 
  • Motivating and maintaining the spirit of the team 
  • Identify & develop potential future leaders 
  • Providing vision and focus for your team 
  • Monitor teams' performance to ensure they meet goals 
  • Implementing and evaluating all new processes and procedures 
  • Monitor trends and patterns in agent and team performance to identify problem areas and act for continuous improvement 
  • Maintaining effective relationships and communications with clients, vendors & internal support departments. 
  • Driving financial results and KPI's

This role can be performed onsite or on a hybrid schedule, in compliance with the Company’s Remote and Flexible Work Policy.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $75,000 plus commission/incentive earnings based on achievable targets. The salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements. On target earnings average range between $75,000 - $104,000. The annual salary range listed represents the total compensation package, excluding benefits.

For this position, you may earn between 2-29% in marginal commission rates based on qualified sales achieved during each month.
