We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Supply PM&E division!

In this role, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, documenting process, design and architecture, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

A day in the life...

  • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Develop use cases and process flows to support the development of software solutions.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are aligned with business goals.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
  • Create business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support business opportunities.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials.

 

 

Who you are...

  • Minimum 5 years professional experience in a business analyst role.
  • Experience within travel or other internet-scale environments.
  • Strong understanding of the travel or retail industry.
  • Background knowledge in discipline areas such as, requirements gathering process, design and architecture etc.
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge in business process re-engineering and improvement.
  • Well-developed verbal communication skills.
  • Strong facilitation skills.
  • Ability to conduct virtual meetings and workshops.
  • Good quality documentation skills, both technical and non-technical.
  • Attention to detail and effective organisation and time management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.
