About The Opportunity

The Sales Enablement Manager will work closely with Sales leadership and Enablement to assess and understand priorities, critical issues, skills gaps, opportunities, and objectives for success. You will play a key role in enabling sales results through relevant content, onboarding, and continued training programs, technology, tools, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute processes, initiatives, and communications that drive productivity, efficiency, and results.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership to understand sales goals and metrics and align accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Technical Delivery as well as Customer Success, Onboarding Success, Operations Success Enablement Managers and System Technical Administrator to ensure consistent messaging and training in how and what we sell.
  • Maintain LMS, Highspot Sales Spots, and Klue competitor “battle cards” to ensure content is up to date, relevant and easy to access.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing on any client facing content. Manage RFPIO for the Sales team.
  • Build, collaborate on, and maintain a library of cadences, templates, quick text/snippets, triggers, and workflows to allow the Sales Team to respond to Prospects quickly, with limited deviation. Lead Sales Engagement Content Committee initiatives and messaging.
  • Continuous coaching, communication, and development of Sales staff on new products, services, processes, and workflows.
  • Identify key competencies, gaps in skills set and facilitate live and virtual sales onboarding programs that equip sellers with essential knowledge and behaviors to be successful in their role. Own the outcomes of your training programs: continually measure program compliance, seller performance, and business impact.
  • Collaborate closely with System Technical Administrator to analyze usage and performance of tech stack and tools. Train Sales team on all new applicable instance features and bring strategic recommendations to Leadership on validity of each Sales Tool and process.
  • Remain current on enablement best practices and strategies. Identify areas of opportunity and make recommendations to Leadership.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Min 3 years’ recent experience in a B2B sales role
  • 2+ years experience of Salesforce highly preferred 
  • 2+ years experience of Highspot highly preferred
  • Strong Knowledge of sales processes & technologies
  • Experience in Learning & Development or in an enablement role

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $105,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
