Corporate Traveller is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join the CRM team in Montreal.

What we're looking for:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you’ll be the face of Corporate Traveller to your portfolio of clients, with your main focus to make your main client contacts advocates of Corporate Traveller and the FCTG family. You’ll be expected to achieve maximum revenue for your assigned Corporate Traveller offices through ensuring your portfolio of key clients mandate Corporate Traveller across their business. You’ll also be expected to achieve targets for new business for your Corporate Traveller village, derived from your portfolio of key clients. As a Corporate Traveller CRM, you’ll be expected to offer your key clients new Corporate Traveller servicing products to improve the general offering. In essence, as a Corporate Traveller CRM, you should have a very close relationship with your key client contacts and your Account Managers ensuring the client never thinks about leaving Corporate Traveller.
Our ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial with strong negotiation skills. Additionally, you will have/be able to:

- Attend client meetings
- Build rapport with client Decision Makers
- Effective communication with CT Account Managers
- Use Client Entertainment effectively
- Multi-level involvement at review meetings/events
- Attend Client appreciation events
- Review of travel and research areas for growth through up trading, selling in other FCTG brands.
- Ensure team are effectively using internal client relationship tool to maximum effectiveness.
