Purpose

A key member of the Enterprise Risk team, this role will be responsible for supporting the design, development and implementation of FCTG’s global ERM Strategy. The Enterprise Risk Analyst will support the delivery of the Group Risk Management Strategy (RMS) through the RMS plan that is designed to evolve FCTG’s ERM maturity. The role will support the development and implementation of key initiatives across Risk Governance, Risk Culture, Risk Management, Reporting and Data & Technology elements. The role will closely support the Enterprise Risk team deliver the Target
Operating Model as endorsed by the Executive and the Board.

 

 

Day to day you’ll be… 

  • Supporting roll-out of FCTG’s updated Risk Management Strategy.
  • Working closely with Business Units (BU) and regions to implement consistent, standardised Global initiatives to support maturity of the ERM Framework
  • Risk Governance – support the standing up and of Risk Governance structure (committees) across the Business Units and functions.
  • Risk Reporting - support Group Risk reporting to Executive Management and the Board.
  • Risk Management - facilitate, support and execute risk assessments, workshops, monitoring and reporting within BU, regions and functions as required.
  • Support the development and delivery of risk management training and awareness campaigns across global operations
  • Support the uplift of risk capability within existing regional risk teams to help deliver a strong risk function for the Group
  • Support initiatives to shift our culture from risk-aware to risk-intelligent.

 

 

We’d love to hear from you if you have… 

  • Risk function and GRC platform experience valued but not essential.
  • Data analysis and reporting experience highly valued (Excel, BI,
    PowerPoint).
  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business or Commerce preferred.
  • Outcome focussed mindset with demonstrated experience supporting the delivery of key initiatives and change programs through to BAU.
  • The ability to critically analyse and solve problems in practical, customer focussed manner.
