Product Coordinator 

We are looking for an astute, creative and highly organised individual to join Discova as a Product Coordinator!   

About the Opportunity 

As Product Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting the Regional Product Leader and Product Designers with administrative work in managing product database/portfolios in Discova systems, designing unique experiences for our clients’ travellers, and providing accurate, competitive product costings and tariff. 

About you

The Essentials: 

• A bachelor’s degree or 1+ years’ experience in travel or contracting. 
• Good command of both written and spoken English. 

The Attributes:  

• An approachable, open-minded personality with great interpersonal skills.  
• Pro-active and solution focused, turning problems into a resolution quickly.  
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to adapt and adjust to changes fluidly.   
• Solid collaboration and communication skills (both verbal and written) across cultures.  
• Assertive and inquisitive. You ask questions and consult with stakeholders when needed.   
• Able to work independently but also collaborate in a team environment to help everyone achieve high quality results.   
• Willing to travel on business when required. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Discova’s systems would be an advantage.   
• Personally aligned with Discova’s company purpose and values.
