This is more than a people leadership role. It's an opportunity to influence how technology solutions are designed, prioritised, and delivered across a complex, multi-country business.
You will lead a team of Business Analysts, establish best-in-class BA practices, and become the trusted bridge between business vision and technical delivery. Your work will directly impact how our teams operate, how our customers experience our products, and how successfully we deliver strategic change across the organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and elevate the Business Analysis function across Discova's strategic transformation program.
- Establish quality frameworks, governance standards, and best practices that drive successful delivery outcomes.
- Ensure business requirements are clear, testable, traceable, and aligned to technology architecture and delivery objectives.
- Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Technical Leads, Test Leads, and vendors to drive alignment and informed decision-making.
- Guide discovery, analysis, prioritisation, and change management activities across multiple workstreams.
- Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and scope impacts before they become delivery challenges.
- Champion process excellence across business, data, integration, and operational readiness activities.
- Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of Business Analysts to deliver outstanding outcomes.
- Facilitate senior stakeholder discussions and influence strategic decisions across business and technology teams.
- Support successful testing, release readiness, deployment, and operational handover activities.
- Champion continuous improvement and help build a high-performing BA community across Discova.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
We're looking for someone who brings:
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience within technology, digital transformation, ERP, CRM, or software delivery environments.
- 3+ years leading, coaching, or managing Business Analysts.
- Experience delivering complex, integration-heavy programs across multiple stakeholders, vendors, and systems.
- Strong expertise in requirements management, stakeholder engagement, process modelling, and traceability.
- Experience working across Agile, hybrid, and structured delivery environments.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
- Strong facilitation, communication, negotiation, and people leadership skills.
Highly regarded:
- CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, BCS Business Analysis, or equivalent qualifications.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
- Exposure to APIs, systems integration, automation, and data migration initiatives.
- Experience within travel, tourism, hospitality, or customer-centric service industries.
