Key Responsibilities   
  • Apply strategic business insights to drive profitability, operational excellence, and market growth 
  • Lead, inspire, and coach your team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences 
  • Train and maintain up-to-date product knowledge to confidently promote and sell cruise packages 
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, suppliers, and your local community to grow your business network 
  • Manage end-to-end cruise bookings including quoting, invoicing, and confirming travel arrangements. 
 
 
 
  
Who are you? 
  • Minimum 4 years’ leadership experience in the retail or wholesale Cruise or Travel Industry 
  • Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets 
  • GDS experience 
  • Exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressure 
  • Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organising tasks efficiently
