POSITION PURPOSE

The Junior Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting Discova’s NextGen System Project by bridging business needs with technology solutions. This role focuses on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules particularly Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service ensuring business processes are effectively designed, documented, and supported through D365. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in D365 CE (CRM), including configuration, data management, reporting, and integration understanding, along with exposure to Sales and Marketing operations in a business-to-business (B2B) or travel/tourism context. The role supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of D365 CE and related enterprise applications to drive productivity, data consistency, and user adoption.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Collaborate with IT, vendors, and business units for alignment, and maintain clear, updated documentation for governance.
  • Work with Sales & Marketing to capture and document D365 CE requirements, support functional design, and translate business processes into system workflows and field mappings.
  • Configure D365 CE components, support issue analysis and testing with teams/vendors, and maintain logs and documentation of all changes.
  • Support UAT preparation and execution, validate system functionalities, and assist users with test scenarios.
  • Assist with manuals and training, conduct user sessions, and collect feedback for system improvements.
  • Create training materials, conduct user sessions, gather feedback for improvements, and provide initial user support.

ESSENTAIL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, CRM Analyst, or Functional Consultant.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) particularly in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and data integration concepts.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, process documentation, and user training.
  • Exposure to travel, tourism, or service industry is advantageous.
  • Understanding of sales processes, lead management, opportunity lifecycle, campaigns, and customer engagement workflows.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.

SKILL AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Strong analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of D365 CE architecture and entity relationships.
  • Familiar with data models, lookups, workflows, and business rules in D365.
  • Proactive learner with a growth mindset.
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
