Key Responsibilities
- MICE Operations Management: Assist in overseeing MICE operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and client satisfaction across meetings, incentives, conferences, and events.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning, execution, and post-event evaluations for MICE events, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their MICE requirements, offering personalized solutions and ensuring expectations are exceeded.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring cost-effective services and quality delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
- Budget Management: Assist in the creation and management of budgets for MICE events, ensuring financial accountability.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all events, budgets, contracts, and vendor communications.

Functional Competencies
- Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of both domestic and international MICE products and services.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess data and make informed decisions.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and how MICE services contribute to client objectives.
- MS Office Proficiency: High proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in managing MICE operations or event coordination.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience working with international and domestic MICE clients is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A degree in hospitality, event management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience with budgeting and vendor negotiations is a plus.
