In this role, you will be the cornerstone of operational excellence, offering top-tier account support, communication, and administrative support to our independent advisors and agencies. Your efforts will ensure they receive unparalleled customer service from the moment they join us, through their daily interactions.
We're on the hunt for someone who thrives on proactive problem-solving, has outstanding communication skills, and possesses a genuine passion for the travel industry. This isn't just about ticking off tasks—it's about bringing energy and innovation to everything you do, making our network shine. From helping new agents get started to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, your role will be integral in shaping the experiences of our treasured customers.
Please note this role can be based in either our Sydney or Brisbane Head Office.
What You'll Do:
- Build lasting relationships across our network to drive growth and retention
- Deliver solutions via Salesforce case management and network platforms
- Coordinate exciting events like inductions and support days
- Streamline communications and keep operational materials up to date
- Work with preferred suppliers to ensure ease of booking process for the network
- Work closely with internal FCTG Independent division teams to ensure all company documents and records are updated and remain current in relation to our advisor and agency partners
What We're Looking For:
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Strong technical knowledge of systems
- Passion for travel and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to use GDS (Sabre) desirable
- Ability to use CRM (Saleforce) desirable
