In this role, you'll be at the heart of shaping the customer experience for our leisure brands. You’ll craft and refine sophisticated customer journeys, ensuring every step is seamless and engaging. From email marketing and app/web push notifications to text marketing, you'll play a key role in elevating the customer lifecycle. Your efforts will be in direct alignment with our global strategy, helping to drive meaningful connections and support the growth of our brand. It’s all about creating impactful, personalised communications that resonate. 

 

 

What you'll be doing:
 
  • Building best-in-class journeys and automations to enhance the customer journey and support global strategies
  • Utilising email marketing, app/web push notifications and text marketing to send the right message via the right channel at the right time
  • Working closely with the MarTech team to acquire and work with complex data sets across multiple sources.
  • Design and deliver compelling emails that target multiple stages of the Customer Lifecycle and Travel Purchase Journey
  • Responsible for segmentation, testing, deployment and continually evaluating these improvements
  • Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team
  • Identify gaps and opportunities within the customer journey, with a consistent focus on enhancements to support the customer experience
  • Work closely with wider Flight Centre teams to improve the operation of marketing automation databases and systems
  • Collaborate with Website, Social, Paid Media and Analytics teams to share insights and create opportunities for automated cross-channel communications
  • Make improvements to existing communications and templates based on performance and feedback
 
 
Who you are:
 
  • 2+ years experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly Journey Builder and Automation Studio
  • Proficiency in HTML code and AMPscript
  • A certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation strategies and best practices
  • Experience with data integration and APIs
  • Marketing qualification(s)
